While I can't say for 100% if these are really doing anything, I do feel better about taking them. The taste of them is good compared to other gummy supplements, and they're so much easier than pills. Whether or not there are any health benefits or they are giving me energy or focus I don't really notice. I feel good about the ingredients though. My favorite thing is how they are individually wrapped so I can take them on the go without having to have some kind of container that gets all greasy like a lot of gummies tend to do.
SHILAJIT GOLD : These gummies make my day, they have many benefits!It relaxes you because of the Ashwagandha and zinc these gummies have. They don’t just calm you down they also give you energy.
I can't say much about the content or effectiveness of the gummies. I felt no different after taking these. Herbal supplements like these tend to have mild effects, or maybe just placebo effects, so I didn't have much expectations. They are yummy though!

Feel good about the quality and effectiveness of these. The taste is very pleasant and I look forward to taking them. I don’t necessarily need them to be individually wrapped but that ends up being a bonus if you are traveling or want to keep a few in your bag for sharing or on the go.
