These Magnesium Glycinate Gummies are a great supplement to take before bedtime. They have a pleasant pineapple flavor and they're easier to take when compared to capsules. After a month of taking them, I have had better sleep, as they relax my muscles, reducing the frequency of nocturnal leg cramps.I love that these gummies are sugar free and vegan. I like the packaging and the fact that each gummy is individually wrapped, so that they don’t have to be in contact with my hands before I take them. The wrapping is not only more hygienic, but also more portable.I was excited to learn that these are made in Italy, however when I tried to research their true origin, I could not confirm that they are actually produced in Italy.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks, and found they work well to help keep me asleep. As a lifelong light sleeper, I find I need more help these days, but not to the level of melatonin.
